Army retired/released/retiring officers (Major, Lieutenant Colonel & Colonel) are being invited to apply by the GHQ Rawalpindi.

These Officers will be appointed as Civilian Gazetted Officers (CGOs) in various departments/stations all over Pakistan.

You’ve worn a uniform before… now, you can wear another — as a civilian officer!

✅ Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

It is helpful to review the basic eligibility criteria before applying.

✔️ You must be:

• An Army Officer (Retired / Released / Retiring)
• Must have the rank of Major, Lieutenant Colonel, or Colonel

✔️ You should have:

• Relevant experience in your field
• Required educational qualifications

🎂 Age Limit

Age is important to this, so don’t overlook this section:

• Colonel → Age limit: 54 years
• Lieutenant Colonel / Major → Age limit: 52 years

You must be retired for no longer than 2 years (no LPR).
